The redesigned Ecofit S care bed combines the tried-and-tested stability and reliability of the product range with significantly easier handling. The new model will make its debut at REHACARE 2026 in Düsseldorf.
tecfor care has specifically further developed and optimised the Ecofit S care bed with practical use in mind. The result: the bed’s total weight has been reduced by a total of eight kilograms. At the same time, each individual component now weighs less than 20 kilograms.
This product upgrade therefore addresses precisely the areas where the Ecofit S is used in day-to-day practice. The reduced weight makes transport and assembly much easier. During the development process, tecfor care’s priority was to simplify handling without altering the product’s tried-and-tested features. The quality, reliability and stability of the Ecofit S remain unchanged.
“During the development process, we focused on one aspect that creates real added value in day-to-day use: weight. The new Ecofit S is easier to transport and handle, as all individual components weigh less than 20 kilograms. And this has been achieved without compromising on quality or stability,” explains Robin Knabe, Managing Director of tecfor care GmbH.
Premiere at REHACARE 2026
The updated Ecofit S will be presented live for the first time at REHACARE 2026 in Düsseldorf. From 23 to 26 September, trade visitors will be able to experience the new model and its enhancements first-hand at the tecfor care stand.
Alongside the new Ecofit S, tecfor care will be presenting further new products and enhancements at REHACARE. The trade fair also offers an opportunity for face-to-face discussions with the team and a comprehensive insight into the current product portfolio.
