A bed extension provides additional space, particularly for taller residents, to ensure their comfort.
More comfort with the bed extension for the care bed
Larger residents need more space in their care bed to feel comfortable. In such cases, a bed extension is ideal, as it can be fitted without tools. To extend the mattress, an additional 20 cm wide mattress section is inserted into the gap.
Bed extension
This consists of a lying surface, lower leg extension and continuous side rails for up to 220 cm in length. The bed extension for the care bed thus combines comfort with safety.
It is available for most bed models. Thanks to the tool-free assembly by means of a pull-snap system, the bed extension can be easily integrated into the bed. To extend the extension, release the latch until it locks into place.
To extend the mattress, an additional 20 cm wide mattress piece is inserted into the space between the bed extension and the foot end. The bed extension can be retrofitted at any time.
